HORRIBLE DISGUSTING hotel. Smelled disgusting, dirty, staff is EXTREMELY RUDE. Very unprofessional. No customer service skills. Small child was yelling out 2nd floor window to people walking past outside, window/room had no screens and windows fully open.
I complained about the loud kids, they offered to put me on a different floor instead of talking to the family. Sink stopper was shoved shut so the sink wouldn't drain.
Owner is Extremely rude. Lobby is hot and smell like old food and mildew. Rooms have roaches and tiny bugs around mattress. I don't recommend anyone to stay here!!!
If I can give no stars I will. I just ask this Indian man for some sheets for some clean sheets and he told me to come down and get them and before I can go down he was knocking at the do coming in all belligerent like he wanted to fight me with so much rage talking bout this his best room's. I tell you these people be coming from these other country and be so unprofessional. Thinking you not suppose to ask for something simple as sheets.....
The owner is very rude and disrespectful. I asked him about the charges on my account he start screaming at me.
