I asked for extra pillows they said they didn't have any extra pillows. It was a very noisy place and then at around 2:00 a.m. there was a loud car that squealed its tires in the parking lot and woke my mother and I up out of a dead sleep. I accidentally locked my door left my room key inside and the lady at the window made me come to her to get a replacement to get into a room.
