Edit: It gets worse. When I checked my credit card statement today, they doubled charged me for one of my rooms (not a pending charge that will fall off, a fully posted charge to my credit card), and also charged me a random $99 fee with no explanation or notification. Staff incompetent. I pre registered on their website, entered my card information to have on file and license, only thing I had to do was pick up my keys at the desk. The girl at the front desk said i had to pay a 50 dollars in cash for whatever reason, i told her I didn't have cash. She asked for my card, I told her my card was already on file, she argued with me and would not give me my key although I'd paid in full already! The door was open when we got their we was scared to enter I'm thinking my friend didn't close it back after he checked it. The lady up front was kind enough to give it a walk through. The customers behind us was VERY loud sounded like he was torturing the young lady for the 2 days so I really didn't get any good sleep I had to put my heads phones on.
