Booked a suite and was given a standard room. They saw I paid for a suite . They should have informed me that they don’t have a suite and refunded the difference in the rooms. But they just give me a standard room thinking I would not notice or say anything. Well I did and went back down there and she gives me another room. That room was exactly like the first room I got. The manager was prejudice and stated that we could not l sit around in the lobby. WOW! Isn’t the lobby area for the guest? Well, I thought so, but not wanting to use the race card, but just from an observation, he does not want anyone sitting in his lobby, even when a guest unless you are not black. They only want our dollars, etc. Period.

Clean room, air-condition worked fine, decent breakfast. They offered waffles, sausage, eggs, OJ, Apple Juice, biscuits, toast, ceareal, and a few other things. Coffee ok, not sure what it was. Maybe instant? It comes out of a machine. But overall, it is good value for the price. I am not from around there, but it seemed to not be a bad area.

I know kids are kids, but staff didn't require mother's or parents to be parents and keep of kids running in and out of rooms leaving deadbolts locked and slamming doors so as not to have to have key cards used.
