Rooms are falling apart and customer service is bad. The price of room with how it it is not worth it. The ceiling has some water damage, carpet worn, dresser scuffed up. …unfortunately it looks run down. Customer service not very good, a bit combative. Hidden fees upon check in. When you ask any questions to the staff, the guy was very rude, and if questioned something would say, then don’t stay. Nice place! A tad older, but well maintained.
November/December 2025 - We stayed nearly two weeks in a deluxe two queen room and had a great time. The room itself was very spacious and the bathroom was not small at all. The view is the sun rises we're beautiful! Especially during the balloon rally. There were minor maintenance issues but they were addressed quickly and efficiently. They won't know something is wrong unless it's addressed, right? They were very kind and accommodating.
