The sheets were dirty not changed after the last stay and that is a must! Carpet was wet with stains. There was food on the floor, not vaccummed. The headboard has never been cleaned there's a film of dirt all over the headboard. AC didn't work front of it was also broken with a dirty filter. TV had no channels, the channels that did work were static. Smelled like a smoking dusty room when it was supposed to be a non smoking room. Room is clean, signs of past weed smoking though (stems and ash, smoke detectors gone??). Pool still closed. Building looks a little on the run down side but was quiet with very few cars in the parking lot. A few homeless will walk by every once in a while but nothing outside of the ordinary.
