The room was very clean, clean towels, nice setup, looks to be in the process of remodeling. If you’re checking in later in the evening you check in with a kiosk which was definitely new but was still convenient and the guy was super friendly on the kiosk. Very helpful. If you do the pre registration on your phone through the text you receive it really speeds it up. The pool is small, but is heated and open until 10. The staff were very helpful and nice.
Amazing hotel experience! The highlight being the fantastic customer service! Especially Pooja, who was extremely friendly by going out of her way to make sure all our needs were met, even when she was already very busy. During breakfast we experienced a power outage in the local area, but she still made our morning great by making sure we had our homemade waffles once the power came back on and gave us an extra hour to check out due to the setback.
