Very nice, front desk customer service is more than helpful an amazing. I definitely will be back.
So the sheets was wet we took it off and this is what we found they just cleaned the room when we came so then seen this and thought this was okay blood stain and and fingernail and what ever the other stain is. The mattress was so hard i had to put both mattress together.
Very nice and on time with everything.
