L’hôtel m’a chargé une seconde fois alors que j’avais réservé avec booking.com. Je n’arrive pas à les rejoindre et dayns inn non plus. La chambre ne sentait vraiment pas bon et y’avait encore des cheveux sur le sol et dans la baignoire. Il y avait même une chaussé dans l’abat-jour. Pour 250$ la nuit, c’est ridicule. Je pense que j’aurai été mieux à un motel. Si vous voulez dans le même emplacement, vous êtes mieux avec Comfort inn

Le service à la réception de l’hôtel est extrêmement lent et rarement satisfaisant. Ils n’ont jamais de serviettes pour la piscine et pour la douche. Ils n’avaient pas de monnaie pour la laveuse/sécheuse mise à la disposition des clients (bien que celle-ci prend que les 1$)… Le micro-onde de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas dès le jour 1. La réceptionniste a proposé de faire chauffer notre nourriture à la réception… gentil, mais peu efficace pour le reste du séjour! La piscine était également très sale. The room was very good size, clean, and stocked with fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Comfortable mattresses and linens. Bathroom was ok but the toilet back was leaking and the shower curtain had spots off mold on the bottom. They do include breakfast but I didn't bother as the hotel was packed with people and tons of young kids. Pool was over run with children and they were running up and down the hallways until after 12pm. They were also very unclear about the pet policy so call before you book.

We booked hotel three months in advance for two nights and when we get there there is no room available apparently. The first night they set us up with another hotel, and say they will get us a room for the next night. The next morning they say they have a room ready for the evening which again was sold when we arrived there in the evening. This time they didn’t give us another hotel rather left us on the street to find another room. The workers were least apologetic and were extremely rude when they made a mistake.
