I read a lot of bad reviews, I think we lucked out with our suite. It was clean. Looked nice. Comfy bed. Can't speak on the rest of the hotel but the suites seem nice.
The clock in the pool area has not worked for over 2 months, staff has been good about putting in a new battery but it still does not work. I've asked them to put up a new clock, but somehow that is not happening. It would be nice to have a clock that works. I must add that the staff is very polite, very respectful and all the staff that I have met there have been wonderful.
Worst experience EVER! Went for the night to attend a women’s conference. We stayed in a suite and when it was time to go to bed we opened the hide a bed and found a dirty sheet half on half off with balloon remnants. When we went to remove the sheet there were live moving bugs. We killed the bug through the sheet and I only saw it through the sheet but it was the size of an earwig.
