It’s awful, uncomfortable and smell rotten. Unprepared for breakfast. I can’t stand at bathroom. Customer service / employee very nice, respect and polite.
what a horrible experience, from the Wyndam App Misinformation of how incidentals charges DO NOT coincide with the hotel's terms & agreements (standard rooms 50, suites 100) to the moment I felt uncomfortable and uncertain of my safety in the fitness center. it was 2:30 am and I checked in a little after midnight, they gave me a room on the ground level which hosts the fitness center, meeting rooms, and other guest rooms. The toilet was dirty, the bed skirt was dirty, the refrigerator was horrible, and the shower didn't work. I paid for two days but only stayed for 10 hours.
