Worst service ever, their breakfast is just muffins that too they requested additional money even though it was covered part of booking.
It is a bad service ever i have it ! After a long trip trying to get a hotel. Went to front desk to ask. First the door is broken, knocking the door and calling the receptionist but he didn’t answer he is sleeping. Also when i hot there inside asking about price and policy he start asking a question. How many people will stay in the room ? From where you are ? And when he told me the price without tax and fee i asked him again i need the total exactly he said you can count i don’t know! Is that a serious !!
Worst hotel I ever stayed at I first pulled up and seen a huge rat in the parking lot never have seen a rat in laurel a day in my life next the room I was in had stuff already opened it wasn’t clean I felt dirty in there and they charged a extra fee so I really overpayed for a terrible night of sleep and I woke up and there was a roach on the tv just very uncomfortable and not clean I recommend they take this hotel down and out of business cause ain’t no way people really stay here this was my first and last night ever here ... read more
