Not terribly clean, some things not well maintained. Housekeepers blaring music in the room next to us while we were trying to sleep. Very disrespectful to the guests. If you need music while you clean, wear headphones. Hotels should be a place to rest and relax.
Free upgrade!!! That’s always nice. Rooms have been renovated with class.
