My family and I stayed at this hotel. We had issues with the air conditioning, and a front desk employee was very rude when we asked for help, not to mention being racist. He refused to help us. The hallways also smell heavily of cigarette smoke, which is not clean at all, especially the smell caused by children, even though this hotel is open to everyone. I am dissatisfied with this hotel, especially due to the service provided by the front desk employee who was there at night.

The staff are friendly, accommodating, and willing to address any concern or question. I can't say enough about how kind they are and how hard they work. The rooms themselves are somewhat dated and housekeeping is inconsistent--the first room was so dirty (hair in tub, dirty toilet etc.) that we had to move. The beds are comfortable and surprisingly the rooms are pretty soundproof, so we didn't hear the many people on the hall who were having some sort of gathering with incense. We stayed for 4 nights and we would definitely would not do it again, this place has zero insulation on the walls and you can clearly hear even when people are whispering in the other rooms I definitely don’t recommend this place ,the only good thing is the location .
