Not properly fit for people to book room from. There are a lot of broken items in a number of the rooms. The rooms are not that clean.

Avoid staying here at all costs!! Worst hotel experience in over 20 years. From the unfriendly staff, to the disgusting rooms fully equipped with severely water-damaged floors, lack of water pressure, cigarette burned comforters, (too much more to add here), and staff members deceptively charging a “Mandatory $100 cash deposit,” which they tried not to give back to several patrons, it was truly a nightmare experience. How they remain open is truly a mystery.

I want a refund, the pictures you show on your website are not even close to what the rooms look like. Over priced, was never told about the $100.00 cash deposit you need when you check in. My daughters card was charged before we even checked in. The person at the front desk when we checked in was rude, so was the person when we checked out. The place is run down, stinks, smoke alarms are falling off the ceilings, paint is peeling and the elevator sounds like it could quit at any time.
