Everyone, front desk, housekeeping, breakfast attendants, were accommodating and friendly. The hotel was clean. We loved how the hotel was right on the beach and a walk away from everything!
Location location location. This hotel is all about it's location in Jekyll Island. Though the weather was nasty and rough that we could not enjoy the ocean front but yet we had fun. The best part was the hot and sturdy breakfast and the fun part is enjoy the wide ocean view while filling up your tummies with yummy breakfast. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to beach. You can rent bikes. Close to good food and family activities
Been staying at the same place for about 28 years. We love it here and everyone we speak with is courteous and friendly.
Came for the 1st time for my Birthday trip. I was supposed to have a ocean view. Room 169 , my view was the pool. Two pools, only one open. Definitely not fair. Unsupervised kids from ages 5 to 15 took up the whole pool with ridiculousness. I watched a lady get hit in the head with a football, then a man got hit with same, I as well got hit with the football. Several kids fighting in the pool.
