Horrible experience! Book this hotel through booking.com. Get to the hotel to check in. there was an old like Indian man in the front first thing he say to me is “what do you need” very rudely the whole time was showing me super micro aggression throwing my card and driver license back at me! Horrible, room was infested with roaches, bought it to the attention of the worker of the front desk, was moved to room 106 which was said to be one the best rooms they had I was fine with that who don't want the best right, as soon as I opened the door I was greeted with even more bugs took a video immediately took it to front desk, I was told can't have a refund did I want another room, I said no could you please refund me still no refund at that point I was tired exhausted mind you it's 4am I got on the phone found a room... read more
