They had smoking rooms which is rare to find nowadays and they were actually not bad

I have never written a review like this before, but I feel people deserve to know about my experience. I had been staying at this hotel for three nights. On the morning of June 2, I went to the front desk to extend my stay for a few more nights. The employee told me she was unable to process my payment at that time and asked me to come back later. This has got to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed in!!! For starters when we arrived the AC was never tuned on so you could imagine how that felt, I had to go get a fan from the front desk! The guy did not seem concerned at all!! The beds feel literally like a rock 🪨 The bathroom door was changed to a barn door with absolutely no lock!
