To say this is one of the worst Hotels I have ever stayed the night in is an incredible understatement. Please take a look at the photos. A few things of note. No breakfast, no WiFi, no coffee in the lobby in the am, hallway upstairs smelled of damp mold, and lastly the pool was empty and out of service. The front desk helped was very nice and courteous. If I could give it negative stars I would. Black mold covered every inch of the bathroom, the walls were filthy, there were stains on sheets and towels, the floor was dirty, the furniture was old and beat. Checking-in I observed large roaches on the wall and when I checked out there were ants crawling on the coffee machine in the lobby.
So my husband and I had reservations from Trivago for lower level King bedroom with fridge. When we got there for our reservation, there was only 1 person at the check-in and we had to wait a while before we got waited on. When we tell them our name, they inform us that we are in their system BUT there is NO room assigned to us!! So we had to end up with 2 double beds on the second level with no fridge!
