If I could give zero stars, I would. Overall, my experience while I was actually staying at this hotel wasn’t terrible, but the real problems came after my stay. I stayed here for work on September 29–30, 2025. A few weeks after checking out, I realized that my $50 deposit had never been returned. No big deal, I thought, I’d just call and get it sorted out. Great service by the hotel. Brooks at the front desk was very helpful in getting us accommodations and amazing service.
Let's start off when I got there It was disgusting.... Beds are squeaky and stained. to the musky smell of the room. Shower was so nasty.. Then when needing to check out. no one was at the desk We rung the bell multiple times and have waited for awhile and yet no service to Check out of our rooms...
