The front desk attendant was very helpful. He had a shuttle pick me up at the airport and also was able to shuttle me to bus for ride to Crested Butte. Hotel is close to airport, but it is a long walk to bus or downtown Gunnison. Very clean and quiet here.
. The room was comfortable, but the service was disappointing. The staff was rude and dismissive, showing little regard for guests' needs. Breakfast was advertised from 6 AM to 10 AM, but by 8 AM, essential items were missing, including an empty water tank. A guest even had to call management just to get them to serve the minimal options available—only milk and cereal. Definitely not the experience I expected.
