The worker was complaining about everything and I had to pay more
Worst experience in my entire life, terrible customer invasion of privacy. The worst employee ever works the night shift and tries to invade your privacy. when asked an adult a question and he didn’t get a response he liked. He started questioning children that were with me interrogating them until I had to tell him to stop. wanted to search our hotel room. The guy who works at service desk at night is very unprofessional. Getting towels is not a easy task ! Breakfast is terrible.
The hollow metal boxes they have the mattress sitting on are noisy as all get out. They need to be wood or plastic, anything besides thin metal that makes all kinds of noise when you bearly bump it with your foot. My other complaint was the noise from the room above. Someone was moving furniture around half the night. The sounds echo because the rooms aren't carpeted. When someone is walking above you it sounds like an elephant.
I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past 2 months. It was after my 3rd time here I was compelled to leave a review. I had already decided that this location was safe and the customer service was good, so I made this the hotel I stay at when I need to be in the area the next day. Yesterday because of a booking error with booking.com my hotel room was paid for but then immediately refunded and cancelled.
