Positives; room size, bed comfy, fridge, microwave, excellent wifi speed. Negatives; housekeeping doesn't do a good job of cleaning up after previous guest. We checked into a room that had a sleep sofa that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Couldn't use as a sleep sofa at all, just as a couch. Rooms appeared clean, AC cold, mini fridge worked, tv worked, wifi worked as well. Only issues were the lock on the door didn’t lock, so safety could’ve been a problem. Breakfast was bland with hardly any options. Just waffles, bagels, bananas, apples, and cereal. Many can overlooks these issues easily, just some concerns of mine.

***If there’s another hotel, Airbnb, VRBO, campground, homeless shelter, or an overpass nearby, you’re better off there.*** I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was so memorable that I feel obligated. Our experience was by far worst experience ever out of the 100s of hotels we have stayed at, never have we experienced such horrible customer service. It's a non smoking hotel and as soon as we exited the elevator we were instantly hit in the face with smell of cigarette smoke mixed with Marijuana smoke. That smell was bad but the smell of mold was far worse. The staff denies any smell that the mention and becomes very defensive about it. 🚨 0/10. BYO-Everything. Towels, sheets, pillows, and sanity. 🚨 This was easily the most stressful, unfriendly hotel experience of our lives. They claim rooms are "equipped for 4 people," but apparently, you only get 2 towels! Sharing is caring, I guess Thinking of using the pull-out couch? Bring an entire bedding set. After asking the staff, we were given a single top sheet. No fitted sheet, no pillow, no blanket. We literally had to go to the front desk and demand a blanket.
