I expected this to be more like a typical local 2–3 star hotel, and I’m fine with that because i just needed it for two days while my home was repairing. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and although the TV was small but no big deal. The main issue was the front desk staff. There was no greeting and no smile at all! The night front desk employee was wearing a hoodie with no uniform and the day front desk staff member was rude and look so mad. Breakfast and cleaning crew were nice though. Very disappointed in our stay. We checked in around 10:30pm and were given 2 rooms on the 2nd floor. The entire hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. One of the rooms had a nasty, old odor and the window was completely open upon arrival- so the problem was known. In the other room (where I was to sleep), the walls were so paper thin that I could hear conversations and even coughing from the people next door.
