First of all entering the front door having to walk through the cigarette smoke of the 2 maids sitting 2 feet from door smoking was extremely unpleasant. Girl at check in was nice. Hotel has no elevator, I had 150lbs of luggage, you would think being a Platinum Wyndham member they would have offered a 1st floor room but no. 5 cars in parking lot and half was probably employees so not like they were booked.
NO ELEVATORS to 2nd floor. Prebooked in advance for Handicapped room, simce I need a hip replacement and my bff had triple back surgeries in November. Arrived with them reserving a room on 2nd floor, not Handicapped, 2nd floor with elevator. They did handle our baggage for us. Also, constantly out if coffee several times in thr mornings. Horrible breakfast. Staff was friendly
