After dealing with a nightmare of flight and the apparent norm of American Airlines the issued me a voucher for a hotel stay. This young lady at the front desk was the one reprieve. She told me where to go and upon check in was so polite. The shuttle driver was very pleasant to deal with. The rooms are clean with wood floors. The linen was a bit rough but overall it was a much needed pleasant experience.
Excellent stay. Very clean rooms, comfortable. Convenient location. Staff friendly and Starbucks close by. Near airport!
Had layover due to delay - the management was very accommodating with airport shuttle to and from DFW - appreciate it!
