They charged me on three separate occasions, over $600 in total. When I first booked it was $203.14, paid online on 2/25/26. Then when I checked in at the hotel I was charged $213.94 on my card in person on 8/15/26. The air conditioner did not work in our room so it was 88 degrees in there. We tried from 1:30 to 6:30 to get it to work ourselves. I then went to the front desk 3 times to get their help and each time was told to “give it time”. My friends, my girlfriend, and I booked this hotel for a concert. We get to the hotel a little before our scheduled check-in time. They try and charge my girlfriend $200 as a deposit for the room which was later turned into its own situation. When we get to our room the ac was off and the floor was still sticky from being cleaned. It was a wonderful stay after so long day and I really enjoyed and good ppl welcoming and helping through out my stay. Main help with shuttle 24x7 which makes more convenient for me to go to the airport. Highly recommend!!!!
