Friendly staff. Nice rooms.
Unkempt rooms. There was no TV remote in the room. They brought me one, it still didn’t work. No continental breakfast as advertised. Shuttle service worked out and the bed was comfortable. I was put up at this hotel by the airline. Wouldn’t recommend staying by choice
Very disappointed in this hotel. I called and was told the shuttle would arrive to the airport in 25-30 minutes. This was at 11:30pm, so very little traffic. After 30 minutes with no shuttle I called back and was told it would be another 5-10 minutes. Well, that was a lie also. It took over an hour to get picked up from the airport. When I asked the driver why it took so long he told me the other driver forgot about me. That's literally what he said. I was somehow missed even though I called and scheduled my pick up.
