We had a nice 4 days. The room was very spacious and clean. There is a gas station and restaurants within walking distance.

If you value your money and peace of mind do NOT stay here. My S.O. and I were staying here before our apartment was ready and the first week was perfect, aside from the semen stained couch. My S.O. paid for another week, after our one week was up, and the 300 dollar charge turned into $750. Upon trying to get our refund we began getting PESTERED for MORE money on the claim that our payment didn’t go through, even though we had a receipt with confirmation of our paid week. Check-in, checkout, and the stay itself went smoothly. The newly renovated room was quiet and very clean, neighbors were reasonable, A/C worked well. Breakfast was decent: milk, juice, coffee, Raisin Bran, Froot Loops, yogurt, toast, waffles, and bananas. The staff was reasonable, but not warm. No real engagement (greeting or send-off) with guests. Some minor annoyances in the room: The bathroom had a barn door that was difficult to keep closed, and didn't help much with sound.
