3.8 is a bit much for a place that does not offer what is advertised. Over priced lies. Staff told us a free continental breakfast. >Honey bun. Entering the room it smelled of cigarettes and an odor we could not identify. We were told there is a vending machine area . A soda vending machine . I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be coming here again.
I booked with super.com and they had a special for that specific day I was trying to check in but when I went to check in, it had been set on a day 3mo from now. Days inn would not accommodate me due to mistake. I should have checked the date more carefully and made sure it didn’t change.
Good location. The service was okay, but my room was in ill repair. The bed was worn out so bad that if I didn't sleep right in the center, I would have rolled off onto the floor. The carpet was sticky, so I had to wear socks to bed. The bathroom had a leaking toilet and cracked tile. And the rooms smelled like corn, chips
Unprofessional experience at the front desk—staff were watching a movie on their phone at full volume, loud enough to echo through the lobby and even reach the second floor. They were also short-tempered and snapped at me when I asked them to repeat something I couldn’t understand due to their mumbling. The noise continued at night, with neighbors blasting music and banging on the walls around 1 a.m. Breakfast was disappointing, consisting only of low-quality vending machine snacks.
