Shannon was very friendly and accommodating. I was very disappointed with the condition of the room for over $130 for a Saturday night. The jucosi tub was absolutely wonderful!! The large burn holes in a non-smoking room on the bedspread just below the pillow, yuck. There was no way housekeeping didn't see it. My hand hit it as I was putting my purse on the bed. There was also a small stain on the pristine white, very soft bottom sheet. If they had turned the sheet around, I wouldn't have seen it and it wouldn't have bothere... read more
