If I could give 0 stars, I would. The moment we walked into the hotel, we were greeted by a large sign that read “Thank you for not smoking.” That should’ve been our first red flag—because as soon as we opened the door to our room, we were hit with an absolutely overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke. Bed cover had blood on it drugs on the bed or sheets pool but would not allow us to use it at all . And trash in bathroom had to beg for sheets. Down right ridiculous. If it wasn't for the fact a wedding was in town and we had no where else to go I would have left. Disgusting!!!!!
As I was checking in, another customer said this place is gross they are canceling thier booking. Our room look nothing like the pictures used on booking.com. There is no quality check. Our blanket is ripped, stains on it. Its dirty, trash is everywhere. No remote control for the tv. I think people are living here because it smells like curry. Whoever is running this place is lazy. There was no elevator so we had to carry our stroller up to the second floor.
All was well, planning on booking a room for a couple more days. Very close to my job site and other locations as well. Very clean, quiet and great washer and dryers!! Thanks again to my fiance for finding you guys and booking my room!!
Hallways didn't smell to good, and a lot of flies, limited on towels in room an lacked enough hot water, swimming pool very small and around pool was dirty, smelly an tons of flies
