The hotel is clean and well-equipped. Breakfast is included. I frequently visit Brandon for business, and this is my preferred stay while in town.
We booked a suite at the Days Inn, and the morning after we first checked in the water just stopped working. We were not notified or offered anything for the massive inconvenience. Additionally, they were still serving food even though the water was off… being a health hazard. We weren’t able to brush teeth, shower or use the bathroom. No water bottles were offered either.
Me and my husband stayed over for the weekend, very nice staff ,very helpful when we wanted to switch the room they provided the room next day . Thank you
