Hotel was one of the cleaniest we have stayed at. It is all updated. Staff are very friendly, including housekeeping. We are from Canada and stayed 10 days as we liked it so much. They opened the outdoor pool in April and people were swimming in it. Most places don't open pool area until May. They have plenty of parking, even for big trucks. I walk everyday and there was plenty of room to walk around the property and feel safe. Hema Patel was Fantastic!!!! When I booked online, I was told that it was pet friendly and that they accepted cats. When I got there, however I was told we had been misinformed but she made it right. I was told that it was $20 per pet, again misinformed, it was $30 per pet. In all the years of our travels back-and-forth from Kentucky to Florida (8 yrs) we have tried finding a place that we could stay at every single time. We have finally arrived. Booked a double room — wasn’t available at check-in. No accountability, no manager available, and no attempt to make it right. First room had a bug in the bed, second room had cleanliness issues (dirty vent, hair on the bathroom floor). Switched rooms but offered zero accommodation for the inconvenience. Would not stay again.
