The hotel room did not at all resemble the pictures online. It was clean. Some of the staff were nice.
I picked this hotel for me n my girl for a trip to SeaWorld n it was an affordable choice so far over all it felt safe n quiet at night, it was close to our destination to SeaWorld n surprisingly close to to the center of San Antonio, definitely most affordable option, if you’re trying to explore San Antonio main attractions, some would say it’s getho but we felt safe w no concern 100%
Excellent customer service from the front desk office, room attendant was really nice and definitely I will recommend it, great location near Lackland airforce base
"This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. From the moment we checked in, issues began. Our first room had a non functional air conditioner on a very hot day. After contacting management, we were moved to a different room, only to discover the toilet wasn't flushing properly. We reported this, and again, were moved to yet another room. However, the situation worsened significantly.
