Stayed here 15/9 to the 22/9 , upon checking out told no charges on our room . After arriving home find out that we have been charged for the whole cost of the room as we were Thomas cook customers !! Have emailed to request a refund still no reply. Clarion Inn’s contract was with Thomas cook we already paid for the room and to charge us without invoicing is I believe to be a fraudulent transaction. RecommendedWe stayed here at Christmas while our home was under renovations. I found the staff to be polite, professional and the hotel was recently renovated and clean. For a budget hotel I would rate this one very high.

Returned from holiday nearly a month ago so you can imagine my shock when they took payment off my card today without any warning due to the Thomas cook issue . How is it the customers fault that you have some ridiculous agreement with a travel agent to get paid after people have left ?
