The location was the only positive thing about this hotel. My room had multiple issues… the remote didn’t work, the phone couldn’t call the front desk, and none of the buttons functioned. Housekeeping never came during my entire stay despite repeated requests. Every time I called, the line would ring and then I’d get hung up on. I finally went to the front desk in person, explained the situation, and was assured someone would come to fix the problems and that housekeeping would arrive the next day. Neither happened. Everything was perfect, the only problem was the A/C system. It kept dripping water.
