A great value hotel for families or those on a budget. The staff and location make this hotel shine. Friendly and welcoming service even when there are many patrons staying and visiting the hotel. The staff was kind and displayed patience in the face of overwhelming visitors. The staff during breakfast hours were very kind and helping. I requested a schedule change for the following week. The cc charge for the first booking was not applied to my final bill. Both the asst. Manager and the Manager told me that there was nothing they could do, that it is "policy"." My three-night $180+/night stay had no maid service, which we learned about at check-in. The asst. Mgr.
