Plenty parking place and polite people
I use this Days Inn a lot, sometimes once a week. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the beds are super comfortable. I can't recommend this hotel enough. If you're in Monroe, N.C. and need a room, give Mike a call it truly is an awesome place to stay.
Great stay, front desk receptionist was very nice and helpful. Rooms fit the price. I love how they send text communicating check out!
Honestly the staff were so great and friendly at all times. Unfortunately the conditions of our room were absolutely disgusting… from the black mold in the shower, to our toilet not flushing, with a dash of the air conditioner flooding, and the bugs that crawled inside our room from outside (the door did not have proper sealing) - while a reasonably priced place, I would never go back. Even the complimentary breakfast had sour milk and something wrong with the waffle batter.
Started off with the door not wanting to open and walking in the room smelled off, so I shook that off. Went to check out the bathroom and the back of the toilet was covered in someone’s urine so I had to clean that up and there was a random balled up hand rag beside the toilet. Not to mention the bottom of shower curtain has mold on it and the tub is covered in stains. Room needs a lot of work.
