I stayed at Days Inn Monroe for two days and booked two rooms. The service was great! I'd seen good reviews on Google about their customer service, and they were absolutely true. The young guy at the front desk was super friendly and always smiling. He handled our check in and check out smoothly, helped me make waffles during breakfast, and even opened the door for me with a warm smile. Really appreciated his kindness and welcoming attitude.
