We've stayed here before and never had a problem! But this trip even after placing our needs and calling to confirm that our requests are on the reservation and explaining why we placed on the 2nd floor and far from our vehicle! I explained to the front desk I will traveling with my elderly mother who is disabled. The front tells us that there is no notes and there are no rooms on 1st floor!
