Arrived yesterday 10/03, been using this hotel for years. A young girl, claims her name is "Lucy" has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD! Power tripping little girl! She was rude, very unprofessional, just has no customer service care what so ever! She needs more training on her service! Very disappointing that people treat customers the way they do! Reserved a room they didn't hold it
Do not stay here. We walked in to see a massive roach. The room was dirty, the bedding and towels were stained, the toilet was broken, and the tub faucet was falling off. Steer clear.
Awful rooms, toilets/plumbing doesn't work. I called front desk for a toilet plunger and when maintenance came to my room, he asked me if he needed to take care of it for me and I said I could handle it. Front desk then called my rooom and was extremely rude, basically scolded me for not having maintenance plunge the toilet for me. Rooms are not clean, bedding is old and stained and staff (besides the maintenance worker) are very rude. Leaking bathtub faucet, probably est 20+gallons an hour wasted. Consistent nonstop water. Water damage on room.
