Cheap, cheap, and CHEAP! – Had requested extra bath towels upon arrival, was told there were none available. On my second night stay all of the dirty towels were not replaced with new ones, was told to reuse the old ones. The hotel was in need of cosmetic attention, ceiling in my room had leaked at one time and apparently just painted over.
