Dirty room and lots of cockroaches... Not a safe area. No refunds. Police knocking at someone's room. It's cheap. Don't let the pictures fool you.

Rooms were clean, odd smell. Bed was lumpy and hard, pillows were big, not comfortable. Clean towels. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Convenient place from 101, gas station, mall, restaurant. Two homeless trailers in parking lot, Ran into two people spazzing out in parking lot on way to Carl's Jr.
