I checked into room 115, which turned out to be an adjoining room. I had to keep the air on the whole time so that I, or my 15 year old daughter wouldn’t hear anything inappropriate; because we could hear EVERYTHING that they were saying. When I went to the desk to complain, she said that I was the first one to ever say anything, and was not going to budge on accommodating us. We traveled with service dogs in training and they were very accommodating

When we arrived the person gave us an occupied room. Then the carpet was dirty and the sink was too. The next day house keeping only made beds and put new towels in. The following day finally someone cleaned. I stay in Birmingham a couple times a year and will never stay here again.
Stayed here this past Thursday and the man that was working during the day, who I believe was the manager or owner, was less than professional... While eating are continental breakfast another woman came in to talk to him about a concern and he got into an argument with her . When she left he continued to laugh, make fun of her and make inappropriate comments (including profanity) to the cleaning staff about her.
