When I checked In my first question Is your pool and hot tub working? Front desk lied and said yes Turns out not working Furnace in room temperature does not work So hot in the room If it is left on Asked front desk if they could look at it Gave them my room number Which they ignored I was walking away She asked if that was upstairs or down stairs Wow No toilet paper or tissue I. avoid this place at all costs. I stayed there when it was independently owned. its now corporate and all they think about is MONEY. they could care less about normal staying guests as long as they have the contract with another business for 50 rooms every night for two years. front desk personnel had the personality of rocks and the regional supervisor was no better. I now stay with a different hotel chain and I am totally happy with them....
I’m in Fargo once a month. Have not stayed at Days Inn in a long while. This was a tough visit. Couldn’t call Moorhead from my room. Known issue according to person at desk who seemed annoyed I wanted help with this. Made the call from the front desk. And then when we came back to the hotel around 6 pm on the 2nd night, our room hadn’t been touched and again front desk person simply said “she wasn’t working during the day”. 😐 To be fair, we went for a swim and came back to find someone was freshening up the room at about 7 ... read more
Be wary of this hotel! It has been 3 weeks since I stayed at this hotel and they randomly billed my card twice yesterday. Seems like someone might be scamming their customers. And of course, only the GM can fix the situation and she is likely not working until Monday! Just pathetic - horrible customer service!
Nice for the price This is a very nice economy hotel. The place is clean and the pool is very nice. The location is great, close to all kinds of things in Fargo. I would recommend this hotel for the price.
