RecommendedWe finally found rooms here while working out of town on storm. This hotel had the friendliest staff and was so welcoming when we arrived. Nicole at the front desk was amazing! Her and Kim both. Went out of their way to help at any given time and did so with a smile. We will be back just to visit because of them!!
Had to wait to check in our room that we had reserved over a week in advance. It was after 3 pm. Had to have them change the sheets after all of that. Room could use a makeover. Will not be back
This hotel was the filthiest hotel I have ever been in, dust on the lights (the working and non-working ones) ice makers broken, unhelpful staff, black mold on shower head and bed skirt, grim everywhere, broken toilet seat, busted fridge, door that could give you tetanus and has to be slammed to shut, Tub that would not drain, filthy air conditioner vents and filter, and many more broken/dirty things.
Days Inn in Dothan took in a lot of Irma refugees, including our family. Staff was very friendly and had a hot dog lunch for us refugees yesterday!
