1 star is generous if I could do 0 stars I would. Kids screaming and running down the hall at 1am in the morning also at 9 in the morning person above us is stomping and making so much noise sounds like a party. Atleast 35 homeless and drug addicts are outside, what does security do about it? Oh wait there is none and if there was they did nothing. Also people are drinking beer and alcohol outside. spsa sucks too

All that matters is that my kids loved it here, they had fun, the rooms are beautiful and comfy. And I’m looking forward to my next visit here.

Leaving a review here so I don't accidentally book this place again traveling through. Absolutely horrible. If you enjoy the stink of cigarette smoke in every room, riding on the worlds smallest elevator, or like bringing your family to see fist fights in the lobby, with drunks screaming and threatening to stab each other, then this is the place for you!
