Not worth the money. Stay somewhere else. This place is becoming a homeless shelter and saw lots of police presence this morning..... however The beds are comfortable and sometimes the staff is helpful but my birthday weekend here was awful. Its cold but I can't get a blanket just a sheet. And had issues with a room and got disturbed by someone busting in my room at 11am on my first day saying checkout is 11 but had 3 nights here which was my birthday. Ill never stay here again. The pictures online are very misleading and are not what they seem. I was missing a chair in my room, and one of the fitted sheets on my bed had a large stain. My tv didn’t work, the outlet near my bed was loose and the bedside lamp did not work. The bed was creaky, the floors were dirty. I wouldn’t stay again even if I were offered a free night here.
Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE place. Honestly, to give this place a one is being generous. I stayed at this location for 3 nights and I haven’t had a single restful sleep. The curtain rod in my room was broken, and the lights outside of the property are never turned off even after sleep hours. In the bathroom, the sliding shower door was broken on one side, and threatened to fall off with a single push. The sink drain had a strong unidentifiable pungent odor. Where to start? First off, baby roaches EVERYWHERE, I had to move my things back into my car just because I was afraid of being infested. The second thing I(very quickly)noticed is that the staff were completely incompetent. Because they couldn't speak proper English, when I went to make a complaint, they didn't understand a word I was saying and vise versa! It was completely unprofessional from the get go, as when I first arrived, the staff weren't even in the office, and I had to sit outside for at least 10 minutes ...now ... read more
NO housekeepers, dirty room, LOTS of roaches running around DISGUSTING, BROKEN air conditioner plastic thing literally falls off! TV does not work and can't connect, Wi-Fi is extremely TERRIBLE it might as well not be on. I can go on and on with the amount of problems in here! ZERO stars.
