I booked a suite, they gave me a regular room and wouldn't do anything about it. The outlets in the room didn't work, the room was crappy and not taken care of. We couldn't shower because the water was coming out brown. The breakfast was limited and not good at all. They ran out of batter within the first hour of breakfast.
