There is no fridge or microwave rooms looks nice barely no outlets to charge phones or what not cheap to stay for a night or two absolutely don't have temp control in shower off to very hot water not sure if all does that location is great not far from busch gardens

We are a family of 6 and stayed here because we had passes to Busch gardens. We stayed 3 nights and only needed a place to sleep or I definitely would have left and asked for my money back. We booked two rooms, requested them to be adjoining. We arrived at 10:00pm after traveling 6 hrs. Upon checkin staff did not seem very friendly and had to switch our rooms because I requested 2 nonsmoking and one was smoking. I usually don’t complain but this hotel is disgusting. It’s cheap and that’s the only good thing about it. I seen a woman walk into multiple rooms with multiple different men in them. You know what that means. The indoor pool is ice cold, the outdoor pull has rust in it, and don’t even think about getting into the hot tub. Rooms don’t even come with towels or wash clothes you have to ask for it at the front desk. There’s no fridge or microwave. It’s not a family oriented hotel/motel.

I've never been to a motel that when requesting a blanket was given a comforter and was told "that's a blanket". Honestly just seems like laziness. I wasn't even going to review on here about it but the rooms are not clean at all. Long and short black hairs (kinda look like pubes) all over the bathroom and in the bed. For reference. My natural hair is light brown and I dye it very vibrant red...there is no way the hair is mine.
