⸻ I honestly don’t even know where to start—this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.we traveled here with 7 kids, We booked two rooms, and the connecting door between them looked like it had been kicked in at some point. Not exactly reassuring when you’re trying to feel safe. The A/C barely worked, one of the rooms didn’t even have a fridge, and neither room had a microwave. They had a breakfast indoor pool and hot tub at a really affordable rate also the staff was very sweet and friendly. As a travel nurse I Wld stay here again and recommend to friends over other hotels of similar price

Woke up out of my peaceful sleep at 5am to witness a catastrophic water leak coming from my ceiling 1 foot away from my bed. I'm so blessed that the ceiling did not completely cave in as it was cracking. God is great! Customers beware! The staff has no interest in handling safety/ business matters promptly & professionally. I went days without housekeeping services also. I am flabbergasted by my life threatening experience(s) here! Experiencing a water leak all while your ceiling is caving-in takes the cake! Wow!
