We booked an upgraded room for an upgraded price. Mentioned we had a service dog. Everything was fine. Checked in and they switched our room to a basic because “people have dog allergies”. Refused any sort of refund. Just kept saying “can’t do anything about it” I let them know they were breaking the law and she responded with “K” and shrugged her shoulders. Absolute trash human beings. There were other complaints happening while we were there and she had the same attitude with all.
Great location for us to stop before the South Rim GC visit. Everyone was friendly and breakfast was provided!
Schöne große und saubere Zimmer. Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist recht schön weil es im Wald liegt. Allerdings hört man die Interstate ein wenig.
It had an indoor pool and hot tub, but we didn't have time to use it. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
