Tired and exhausted when we arrived but Vinay changed the whole experience. This guy needs raise. Fantastic guy awesome dealing with him. He is the best.
The receptionist Johnson was super nice and changed our reservation since I did it wrong haha But overall we loved the stay :)

Disclaimer: do not stay here. There are WAY better hotels in the area for a similar/better price point. I’d like to start off by saying that the two men at the front desk were very nice. I believe this is a managerial issue. The state of this hotel is so BAD… my family and I got two rooms. As we were walking through the halls to our rooms, we noticed that ALL of the hotel rooms were propped open by the lock bolt, I’ve never seen this before in any hotel.
