One of the worst hotels either of us ever stayed in. It was dirty, dingy, and felt unsafe. Our linens were dirty and stained, bad smell throughout room and lobby. Our window was busted. There were bugs. Only redeeming quality was it was near a store and starbucks. Not worth it. Homeless people were walking around in the hotel halls as well.

I have had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I travel often for work, I was booked to stay here on December 16-18 as I usually stay at the Marriott, but there was a conference in town creating most hotels to be sold out or extremely expensive. Online this establishment doesn’t look terrible, Now, after reading back to my reviews, I wish I would’ve read more into it, but thought it was something I could put up with for a few days. Upon arrival there were multiple homeless people outside, coming up, trying to talk to me and look in my car, while I’m alone with my child trying to check in. While checking in the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Once getting to my room, the entire room reeked of cigarette smoke, the bed had green, brown, and yellow stains all over it, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and there was mouse droppings by the refrigerator.
