The head house keeper and her daughter and daughter’s boyfriend jumped my 18yr friend. There are bed bugs and they refuse to change sheets or get a new room. Walked into the room and the sheets were already dirty. Staff seemed friendly besides Chris, he was very rude to my friend when she made a complaint.

Absolutely disgusting and a horrible staff! Room was dirty, only 1 towel for three people to use. Broken TV and shower head that sprayed water all over the bathroom. Dead cockroaches in the bathroom. Checked out early Friday and had to find a different hotel in town. Went back to get shoes that were left in the room and was denied access because they had already given it to someone else. Was told when I checked out that they would refund me the stay and then proceeded to take almost $200 from me. The manager was no where to ... read more

I strongly advise against booking this establishment, particularly if you have children or pets. Upon arrival, you will be assigned a room with an unpleasant odor emanating from dog urine and feces. The under-bed area is equally unhygienic. Our stay was limited to a few hours due to a lengthy drive, but the experience was thoroughly unpleasant. The bed sheets and pillows were heavily infested with hair and had an unpleasant odor. Fortunately, we had our own covers and sheets to ensure a comfortable sleep. This hotel is excep... read more
