They lost my reservation; charged me 50% more than my reservation. Mildew around the tub. Lock on door broken. TP dispenser broken. The bed was a good quality. Nothing else was.
Absolutely do not stay here. Run down unkempt filthy rooms. Hallway ceiling falling down. Did not care about the filthy conditions I brought to their attention. Couldn't walk out as the town was sold out.
Just don’t do it
The pictures of hotel are fake! This hotel is discussing!!!!! It is dirty, no ac in our room, the pool is covered in algae and god knows what! Ceilings falling in, bathroom was so bad!! Tried to talk to the guy who checked us in and basically he not only didn't care he offered nothing. As of today they still have not actually canceled the room just charged us for the whole visit. DO NOT!!! DO NOT!!! Book this hotel!!!!
Technically I can’t even write a review of these hotel itself, because they lost my booking I had made only two hours prior. I waited 10 minutes to speak to someone at the desk for check in, was then told to “wait outside until it came through, we know you’re out there” and then they cancelled my stay instead. While I was waiting outside a man propositioned me to stay in his bed with him. I travel alone as a woman extensively and have never felt unsafe, until today!
