I booked a room at this hotel on October 18th. As soon as I entered the room, I saw two or three cockroaches running on the floor, including near my child’s feet. This was extremely concerning and unsanitary. We immediately left the room and went to the front desk to request a refund. However, the manager refused to issue a refund, even though we did not stay in the room. This was a very disappointing experience. Basic cleanliness and hygiene are essential. The Rooms were nasty there was A peep hole , And there were stains on the wall, Bugs on the walls, Tvs didn't work, Our door barley closes,The fridge were nast, No hot water, Spoiled milk, Had mold on the walls, And Had roaches. I do Not Recommend You staying here.

Mary and Joseph would have chosen the manger over this place. It is an acceptable place if there is absolutely no place else in Rapid City to stay. I stayed here twice in 3 days and both rooms left a lot to be desired. One room had what appeared to be chocolate bar stains next to the toilet paper holder, two of the light switches were broken on the lamps so you couldn't turn them on or off, the door handle didn't work on room 114, there were no cups in the bathroom, the carpets are worn, and so forth. Grateful that the sun in is always there when we stop by it's a pleasant experience with staff is very friendly there the same couple that's been there and we enjoy talking to them every visit that we make. If you need anything just ask the front desk they're always accommodating very good room and very good stay.
