I checked in and given the wrong room. Got the room I wanted but the refrig. didn't work. Staff person said they'd change it out tomorrow when the manager was on duty. I told him that was unacceptable and threatened to ask for a refund and leave. He immediately replaced the refrig with a working unit. I stayed 5 days and only got a change of towels and had to ask for toilet paper. Floors are dirty. Walked around in my socks and they turned dark brown. Breakfast is a joke. Didn't know about cash deposit until check in time. Wouldn't let us get a cot, said there isn't room, however, there was plenty.
After one night we found bed bugs and numerous concerning bed stains. When we discovered the bed bugs, we told the front desk and the only option they gave us was to leave and get a full refund for all nights through Expedia. They have been absolutely no help since then with the refund process and refuse to give us money back for the 3 nights we didn’t stay and the 1 night we stayed in a room with bed bugs. Overall extremely frustrating experience.
