The worst experience me and my family had to go through is to stay in this place false advertisement place and the saddest part We were there for a funeral. And to top it, there was a roach in the room, I had my family pack and leave as soon as possible. it’s just a un sanitized environment rude customer service!
Was on my way to Nebraska & stopped by. Great stay
I checked in and given the wrong room. Got the room I wanted but the refrig. didn't work. Staff person said they'd change it out tomorrow when the manager was on duty. I told him that was unacceptable and threatened to ask for a refund and leave. He immediately replaced the refrig with a working unit. I stayed 5 days and only got a change of towels and had to ask for toilet paper. Floors are dirty. Walked around in my socks and they turned dark brown. Breakfast is a joke.
