I had this beautiful tick on my pillow… I called the receptionist and He offered me another pillow after I said change my room they gave me a bigger room but that was painted I think a day or two before so I couldn’t sleep because the smell… I just spend 6 or 7 hours in that hotel.
This hotel is more of an extended stay hotel, the bed was uncomfortable, I saw a few tiny roaches, and the pool looked brown and not blue. Overall I was unsatisfied and know not to return on future trips.
Front desk guy was very nice. Met two housekeepers. Wonderfully kind ladies. Beds are rock solid. Pool was closed when we arrived… in late June. But it was open the next morning.
