I was attempting to book a room for four nights but I was requesting an end room. The gal at the front desk said she didn’t know what rooms are available. I asked her when would be a good time for me to call back to see if she found out if an end room would be available. She rudely hung up on me.
Housekeeping does not do a very good job. They leave food in refrigerator. Food stuck up under microwave. wish I could leave pictures
This is a decent hotel. The vending machines ate money though. Friendly staff and easy to find.
I have asked for receipts for my hotel stay four times now (multiple phone and email attempts) and still have not received them. Each time I call, I'm told they will be sent. Its a simple request and should not be this difficult.
