I came to stay for an adoption approval and was waiting for it to go through. I was told nine days so I booked for nine days it came through in 2. So I asked for a refund for some of the rest of the nights...not all I figured they could keep a couple extra nights and refund the rest but the manager was super unreasonable. So I literally spent almost $700 to stay in this hotel for 2 nights. We could have stayed somewhere really nice for half that. The room has a smell so your clothes will smell weird when you leave. First off right away we reserved a room for 4 nights. And we were only reserved for 3. Ugh.... This place is terrible! We got to our room after checking in, and the smell hit us like a freight train when we opened the door. We sat our stuff down, and we started inspecting. The tub was dirty, and I'm not so sure that there was any cleaner used in or around the sink (as there were old water spots with streaks through them). Room was very clean and morning staff was very kind and helpful. But if you ask the night desk if they have a shuttle to the airport and he says yes. Don't believe him.
