The interaction with the owner and employees is extremely comical and concerning. They asked me to send my card information over email.And then refuse to send my property that I left behind. Already my information and haven't heard from them even though I was calling emailing daily.Text me a week later.My card was no longer in the building , but hadn't been sent out.

The ice machine didn't work. The back door was wide open , no lock on it. I have been getting Spam calls ever since I went to this hotel near Davenport, Iowa.Now i'm getting calls all the time on my phone. I'm sure they're stealing your information and selling it online.

Where do I begin. So a couple of the workers and then the owner is extremely unprofessional. Trying to keep my man's property from him.When he accidentally forgot his I.D. they told us they would mail it out, and then never did.And then upon my friend coming to pick it up , it wasn't even at the right location , they had moved the card completely out of the building without permission when I told them the only place that should be is in the mail or there.

Remember to double and triple, check your belongings.Because if you come back to get there to get your belongings its gonna be a whole hassle .

Change to one star, because I lost my ID there and was told that I could have a mailed back.I offered to pay for it to be overnight shipped.I gave them my information in address.And it's been a week and I have not heard anything yet. But I have been to this hotel twice for business. And a lady at the front desk talked for a while, and I thought had a good conversation, so I don't know what's going on.They seemed cool until they got my information.
